A warm welcome with exceptional service awaits you here at the Baytree Guest House, where you can enjoy our Bed & Breakfast accommodation. We will try to make you as comfortable as possible, during your stay in our elegant Victorian home, which comprises of five very spacious en-suite rooms, some with sea views.



We have family rooms which can accommodate up to three or four people, a twin room and a further two double rooms. Plus a single bedroom (not en-suite), which uses the house bathroom on the floor above. The en-suite rooms all have digital flat screen 'freeview' TV; all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi, alarm clock radio, a hair-dryer plus many more items for your convenience.
We offer a choice of breakfasts; Traditional full English breakfast, Vegetarian or Continental breakfasts all freshly cooked to order. We also cater for any special dietary requirements upon request.
We have FREE, easy access, off road parking for three vehicles.
Our house is just 200m from the sea front and the center of Seaton Town, overlooking the beautiful Jubilee Gardens, Seaton Bowling Club and Lyme Bay.
Seaton can be found just off the A3052 not far from the fishing village of Beer and halfway between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. The villages of Branscombe and Axmouth are within easy walking distance.

Seaton has many Restaurants and Pubs all within a few minutes walk from our front door. So you can park up your car when you arrive and there it can stay for the duration of your holiday.
Over the road from the Baytree you can play Tennis, have a go on the Putting green or go bowling at the Seaton Bowling Club. There is also a very safe play area for younger children.
Within a short distance from us there are many attractions to be visited, some you can walk to, others can be reached by local buses, taxis or by car.
Amongst these attractions are:-
The famous Seaton Electric Tramway running alongside the Axe Estuary through the village of Colyford to the mediaeval town of Colyton.
Visit the Seaton Wetland Local Nature Reserve, where there is an abundance of wildlife with many different birds that can be seen either from the various bird hides or from the opposite bank of the Estuary on the Axmouth side.
The village of Beer should be visited where the fishing boats are still launched off the beach. A little further inland are the historic Beer Quarry Caves and Pecorama with its scenic gardens overlooking Lyme Bay, Beer Heights Light Railway and model railway exhibitions.
Lyme Regis with its historic Cob is 8 miles to the east of Seaton. in 2012 Lyme Regis Life Boat week Saturday 21st - Sunday 29th July.
Sidmouth where the annual Folk Festival is held is 10 miles to the West. The 2012 Sidmouth Folk Week runs from 3rd - 10th August.
We are an ideal base from which to walk the South West Coastal Path along the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. You could also explore the stunning countryside, coastline and beaches of East Devon and nearby Dorset.
The Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth is also a very interesting pleasurable attraction for all ages and its' free!
The Axe Cliff Golf Club at Axmouth. Why not play a round of golf at the excellently appointed Axe Cliff Golf Club on top of Haven Cliff with its spectacular views over Lyme Bay and the Axe Valley.
