Welcome to our website Welcome to our website. A very warm welcome awaits you here at The Baytree Seaton, where you can enjoy our Bed & Breakfast accommodation. We are conveniently situated near the centre of Seaton Town overlooking beautiful gardens, Seaton Bowling Club, and Lyme Bay. Seaton can be found between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis on the A3052, just next to the fishing village of Beer. Branscombe and Axmouth are also within walking distance.
Our Victorian House accommodation comprises of five very spacious rooms all en-suite, some with sea views. We have Family rooms which can accommodate three or four people, a Twin room and a further two Double rooms. All of our rooms have Tea and Coffee making facilities, Colour TV, Alarm clock radio, Hairdryer plus many more items to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
We offer a full English breakfast or a special Vegetarian breakfast, we can also cater for most special dietary requirements with little notice.
Parking is available on the premises. We are a non-smoking facility and sorry but we do not take pets.
Within a short distance from us there are many attractions to be visited, some you can walk to, others can be reached by local buses, taxes, or by your car. There are excellent bus tours along the coast from Exeter to Bournemouth. Some of these attractions are: - The famous Seaton Electric Tramway, running alongside the Axe Estury this travels to a small local town called Colyton, via Colyford. The village of Beer should be visited, with its fishing beach. Visit Beer Caves, and Pecorama - a must for all train enthusiasts.

Lyme Regis with the Cobb. Sidmouth, where they hold an annual Sidmouth Folk Festival in July. The Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth is also a very interesting and pleasurable attraction for all ages (and it’s free!). If you are looking for accommodation while visiting the Beer Regatta or the Wiscombe Hill Climb we will be pleased to see you.
Besides all of these attractions, we have the Seaton Marshes where there is an abundance of wildlife, with many different birds that can be seen either from the Bird hide or from the opposite bank at Axmouth, which is right alongside the Axe Estuary.
You could also explore the stunning countryside and beaches of East Devon and nearby Dorset if you have time left. Here you can discover the beauty of the East Devon coastline. We are an ideal base from which you can enjoy the pleasures of, walking the South West Coastal Path, also known as the Jurassic Coast. You could visit Beer, Lyme Regis or Sidmouth all less than 10 miles away. Why not play a round of Golf at the nearby Axe Cliff Golf Club & enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding area. Play Tennis, Putting, or Bowing at the Seaton Bowling club just across the road from us. There is also a very safe play area for younger children. Also at Lyme Bay Holiday and Leisure Centre they have a fun pool and Gymnasium for you to enjoy.

The town here at Seaton has many superb Restaurants and Pubs all are within a few minutes walk from our front door. So you can park up your car when you arrive and there it can stay (so it can have a holiday as well) for the duration of your holiday.
